As a retired FBI Special Agent and Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST) National Asset, I provided historical analysis of Cell Site Location Information (CSLI), Google Location History (GLH), and other location-based records for cellular devices. My expertise in this area includes: Cell Site, Wi-Fi, and GPS mapping; analytical reports; and expert testimony at trials.

With over 20-years of experience with the FBI, I have successfully used CSLI to apprehend fugitives, recover victims, and provide investigative leads in thousands of cases. Additionally, I have consulted with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners in more than 2,000 cases involving CSLI, GLH, and other location-based records.

As a CAST National asset I have provided expert testimony in over 200 State and Federal Criminal Trials. For over a decade I was a lead FBI CAST instructor responsible for the creation and development of the CAST certification curriculum used to teach local, state, and federal law enforcement partners the investigative techniques used by the FBI for CSLI, GLH, and other location-based records.

Case Consulting

$150 per hour

Review of and Consulting related to Case Matter materials:

Case Consulting and Expert Report

$250 per hour

In addition to the services provided under Case Consulting, I will also create an Expert Mapping and Report from my analysis of the Case Matter material. Further, I will help you understand what the analysis demonstrates and how to best use this information in your case in chief.

I will help you review and critique other expert’s mapping and report. Then provided direct or cross examination assistance of the expert witness.
